Microsoft Excel includes calculation, graphing tools, pivot tables, and Visual Basic for Applications, a macro programming language. Microsoft Excel uses a grid of cells arranged in numbered rows and letter-named columns to organize data manipulations such as arithmetic operations, as do all spreadsheets. It comes with a number of built-in features to help with statistical, technical, and financial issues. Excel is a useful program for storing and organizing large amounts of data. You may also utilize the tool to make sense of your data by using its features and formulas. You could, for example, use a spreadsheet to track data and see sums, averages, and totals automatically.
